Quick Ways To Work Out.
Are you tired of wanting to work out and find it boring? I deal with that too! These are how I workout!
O1. Walk the dog! I don't have a dog personally, but walking your dog for around half an hour or more is great! It tires you and your dog out. Walking and exercising your dog can add up to 10 years to your life! So go and grab that leash!
O2. Workout during commercials!
I do this all the time. Do mountain climbers during the commercials for a quick burst of cardio! I switch between mountain climbers and stretching. This is great to do since commercials are an average of 3 minutes.
O3. Play with little kids
I know little kids love to run around. Take them to a park or to a space you can run and play around. It's so fun and time goes by fast.
O4. Walk around the mall!
I know, this sounds so weird, but i have huge malls around me. I sometimes go with friends and walk around them, shopping and stuff. we don't take the elevators so we mostly used the stairs and stuff. it helps sneak in exercise between shopping!
O5. Dance!
Sometimes whenever I'm playing upbeat music, i'll just dance. It's fun and you burn a lot of calories quickly.
